Welcome to LeaData. By accessing leadata.io and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use. LeaData reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing changes on the site.
LeaData provides a platform for searching, filtering, and exporting business data from public sources. The service allows: • Access to a database of businesses and companies. • Advanced search and filtering by industry, region, company size, and more. • Data export in various formats (CSV, Excel, JSON). • API integrations for business automation.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials confidential. • All activity performed under your account. • Updating account details when they change. • Immediately reporting any unauthorized use.
LeaData grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use exported data, subject to: • Data is for your internal business use only. • Do not share, sell, or distribute data to third parties. • Do not use data to build a competing product. • Do not use data for unsolicited messaging (spam).
• Billing occurs in advance for each package. • Payments are processed securely via PayMe. • Prices are displayed in Israeli New Shekel (ILS). • LeaData may change prices with 30 days' advance notice.
• One-time packages: eligible for full credit within 48 hours of purchase, provided less than 10% of data was exported. • No refund for unused partial periods. • Refund requests: billing@leadata.io
Permitted: • Direct B2B marketing. • Market research and business intelligence. • Finding suppliers and business partners. Prohibited: • Sending spam. • Collecting information about private individuals. • Hacking or automated scraping of the platform. • Reselling data.
All rights to the platform, software, design, logo, and the brand name "LeaData" belong to LeaData and are protected by copyright law. No reproduction, modification, distribution, or derivative works without explicit written permission.
LeaData provides the service "AS IS": • Average accuracy target: 99.8%. • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 3 months. • LeaData is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at leadata.io/privacy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Contact legal@leadata.io before initiating legal proceedings.
