LeaData operates the business data platform at leadata.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information when you use our services.
• Information you provide: name, email, payment details (encrypted), search preferences. • Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent. • Public business data: business names, addresses, phone numbers, and business email addresses from public sources.
• Providing platform services and processing search requests. • Managing your account and processing payments. • Improving the platform and analyzing usage patterns. • Sending updates and marketing content (can be unsubscribed at any time). • Fraud prevention and system security.
Data is collected from legal and public sources only: • Israeli Companies Registrar and Association Registry. • Publicly accessible business websites. • Licensed business databases. • Third-party data providers operating in accordance with the law. We do not collect sensitive personal information or sell personal data to third parties.
We may share information with: • Service providers (PayMe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database) — solely to provide the service. • Law enforcement, if required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
